What is Remero?

How does Remero work?

Remero runs in the cloud, meaning you can use it from any device with an internet connection. Updates are automatic, so you don’t need to download anything. Plus, the Remero team handles everything for you—backups, bug fixes, tax compliance, and more.

Does it work without an internet connection?

You always need an internet connection. The reason we don’t offer an offline mode is simple: it’s just not worth it. If you use a 4G or 5G modem (like a smartphone sharing WiFi with a computer), you won’t have internet dropouts. Developing an offline mode would only create more problems for something that rarely happens. We hope you understand.

Do you help with setup?

Absolutely! You can request help, and one of our team members will get in touch to set up your receipt printer, cash drawer, and scanner. We also help migrate data from your old POS software.

Why is there a monthly fee?

Since Remero runs in the cloud, it operates on powerful servers that require maintenance and have a cost. Plus, our developers and support team work hard every day to fix bugs, develop new features, and assist store owners with any questions or issues.

Bottom line: we put in the work so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Are there any signup or cancellation fees?

Nope. There are no signup or cancellation fees. You pay for 30 days at a time, and if you don’t want to use Remero anymore, just don’t renew your monthly license.

Can I cancel my account anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can switch plans whenever you want.

Are there any discounts?

Yes! If you choose the annual plan, you only pay for 11 months instead of 12.
